Charcoal ArtSheila Kay (Shepherd) is a charcoal artist from Mt. Sterling, KY. Her art is "Covid born" and has become her passion. Her booth includes a large display of various new drawings from the past year. Several new Derby horses have been added, and characters from The Walking Dead have been a favorite. Other various subjects will be offered as well. Sheila does portraits and other subjects on commission, and will offer examples of her commissioned art.
